So, I load my washing, press start, start symbol appears on display but no door lock symbol and nothing happens. I've tried doing a reset. When I switch machine back on, the display time is set to 0:00 and just flashes. Have unplugged it for an hour but display will not clear and let me select a program. Have cleaned filter, checked child lock etc.
