my msn messenger doesn't work, it says i "sorry we could not sign you in because the sign in name you entered does not exist or your password is inncorect". But it works on all of my mates computers. please help me!!

Try to login to www.msn.com from your computer. This will confirm that your Passport is valid.

Then if you have Firewall Software, try to login to Messenger without your Firewall running. If you still can't login, try downloading the latest version of Messenger. Uninstall your old version, reboot and install the new version.
