Key wont turn to the P position?

Hi I have just tryed this but my key wont turn passed the Z position one the till. why is this x

You will see a type stamped on the key such as "MA" or "OP". You will need a higher ranking key as they are cut differently to stop staff turning it when the owner doesn't want it. you can buy other keys at a dealer pretty cheaply
