G'day
My top drawer (tub) unit just stoped working on the weekend; the bottom tub is working ok, the unit is 3.5 years old.
There is no display or error message on the LCD, reset the power etc still no activity on the top drawer but the bottom drawer still is functional. Swap the main controller from bottom drawer didnot help.
Any suggestion would be appreciated

Hi there Clinton,

If your top drawer has no power and is hard to open then your heater plate had burnt out and will require replacing. Though on inspection the engineer will need to check the harnesses to ensure they have not burnt out or parts connected to them, but this is quite rare and usually the heater plate only requires replacing.
