how can i fix my delonghi DFS901SS?

Just moved to new house and they have left no instruction manual for the Delonghi porfessional DFS901SS !! I cant get the over to work, can get the grill to work tho ! Help !

I have the same problem but the oven did work and has now failed to for some reason. Clock on timer works but not the oven. Help!

I was in exactly your boat (don't they supply manuals with this thing), and by trial and error I have found that the fan oven in activated by rotating the programmer knob (LH) one click to the left from straight up, and the grill by turning one further click to the left. Never have managed to make the timer work, though.
