Replacement cable for Renault Trafic heating direction control?

Does anyone know where I can source a new/replacement cable unit for the direction control on a Renault Trafic (or vauxhall vivaro/Nissan primastar). I have tried to fix mine, straightened out the kinks, but the cable is seized in the sheath. Hope you can help, many thanks!
