How to get dryer heating up?

I have a indesit condenser dryer 70c and it's not heating up, help needed asap, cannot afford a new one at this time of year

Problem is usually the 2 thermostats need replacing on top of the heating element on the back of the dryer, then clean condenser box and door filter before trying and keep them clean regularly cheers
