Vauxhall corsa 1.2?

Can’t get to see it 200miles away daughter seen a cheap Vauxhall corsa 2004 petrol 1.2 £750 130,000 on clock. Seems high mileage so what should her partner look for and ask he isn’t good with cars. Told her to check if service /repair history shows cam belt has been changed twice (av 60,0000).
Have advised to check the first MOT and current and work out what mileage is between to see if the resulting mileage matches the display on car milometer to show correct and its not been ‘clocked’.
Would be grateful for any other tips.

thanks in advance

Odd that, I thought Corsa 1.2 16v engines of that year had a timing chain, not a belt. Is it an old 8 valve engine? Didn't know they were still be produced in 2004.

You are on the right track, check the motor accelerates and pulls strong while checking the rear end for excess smoke-blue/black,clutch not slipping, make sure no engine management lights come on,brakes pull up square,no pulling to one side on a straight road, check tyres are good, check doors/wings/bonnet gaps on body are straight and true, check around seals/trim for any masking tape marks and uneven and faded paint, check boot floor for signs of impact, check chassis no. against the V5. Just some pointers, any other ideas from other people? Good luck.
