the middle contact snapped off whilst unloading [bad design]. this means i cannot lock the side door and horn sounds when fob is used. booked van into evans halshaw ford bury for emergency repair, they had the van all day. picked up van when they said work was done. they had serviced it, fitted brake pads [23000 mls], and never sorted the door. they said they require permission from the lease company. the lease company actually booked me into this garage. the van still cannot be locked, WILL NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. The day after the van was booked into trust ford warrinton to have the door sorted. I dropped the van off which they had all day. i told them the story of EV. I received two updates during the day telling me the van was in the shop. the last update was the job will be ready in 1hr. GUESS WHAT, NOT DONE. I said thank you for all your work and left, [I didn't really]. the van is still not sorted and temp measures taken to lock door. do spare contacts exsist or is there a short I can fit until I find a set.

Don't know what the hassle is, have fitted these contacts before and can't remember there being any problem receiving them from local Ford agents.
