dont realy matter what the make is , Turn all the power off going to the cooker,, unscrew the back off , get to the back of the oven, look for the 3 power wires going to the element, they are push on clips, you need to pull them off, but before you do, take a photo of them , so you know were they will go on the new element. there should be two screws holding the old element is , unscrew them and the element will come away into the oven part, get the old element away to the hardware store, get the same size/shape new one, use the photo to but it back, not a hard job once you can get to the element, 3 wires and two screws. .. safety first, all the power of to the cooke when your working on it, or the turkey wont be the only thing cooking.
