I have Mr steam generator and it leaks lots of water from the bottom when on, looks like a rubber seal or something has dropped out. Does anyone have the same problem and where do I get the spare

We had the same problem and found the cause was a leaking plastic valve case just above the pump. Have not been able to find a replacement so I used epoxy putty to make a jacket round the valve case which seems to have done the trick. When taking the casing off there are five screws in the base that can be seen and four more hidden by the rubber feet.
