What can be problem with Blower motor not working on 81 Chevy G-10?Fuses ok?

Installed new heater core but Blower Motor and fan not working. What could be problem if fuses check-out?
This is a 1981 Chevy G-10.

Check voltage at blower motor and if there is 12 volt and ground the blower motor is bad
You also have a hi blower relay that could be faulty also
