No Power at heating element?

Hello, I have a Bosch WTL 6106 condenser dryer, however, it no longer " heats up ". There is no voltage at the element, all filters are and trays are clean, no other warning lights, it tumbles etc, just no heat due to no power, any ideas?

Many thnks

Unplug from mains,Remove back panel, Press red button on thermostat on top of heater till it clicks, refit panel and try again if ok clean condenser and door filters.
