creda s150e?

How’s this for a conversation for repair to a Creda S150E electric oven which burnt my Sunday dinner.
Creda: How can we help Me: repair my Creda oven after it burnt my Sunday dinner passing the set 180deg setting.
Creda: What seems to be the problem….I just told you my dinner got burnt because the temperature rose to full heat passing the 180deg setting. So that indicates to me the thermostat is faulty as the light stays on instead of alternating when it reaches 180 it should go out then as temp drops slightly come back on to bring oven back to 180deg and so on during cooking cycle it didn’t the oven thermometer showed 200deg and rising.
Creda: Oh can’t see what thermostat fits this model Me: Ask engineer he/she would know
Creda: I’m not engineer I take the messages. Me: I know I did say aske engineer fax them a message when you book my appointment for repair explain what I’ve just told you.
Creda: they might want to look at it. Me: its black Creda S 150 E with glass in the doors. Will the engineer want me to prepare a dinner so he can see it burning then decide yes it’s the thermostat.
Creda: No but it might be something else. Me: You just said you’re not an engineer so what else do you thing it is ? Best tell engineer to bring thermostat and switch for that model.
Creda: I’ll put order thermostat on the appointment Me: What about the switch too?.
Creda: it might not be that. Me: Ok I’ll wait to see what happens Monday 19th meantime will have quick microwave dinners. But be warned won’t be happy if he/she says its thermostat and has brought stat and switch with them. Goodbye’s and ended call. Now waiting for Monday.
Yes I am aware they can't carry all spare but these cold be ordered in time for appointment its Creda themselves they must have a stock room.
What made it worse was insured with Domestic Appliances but had to do the phoning to Creda they wouldn't do it.
