Error 9 indicates Short circuit motor triac on module
This is a fault code that indicates there is a fault on the main control module.
Unless experienced you would do well to call in a specialist - a Triac is a small High Power Transistor relatively inexpensive and relatively easy to change - the control board very probably over-priced and easier to change.
