Diplomat APL 3210 oven not working?

My diplomat oven has stopped working. I have tried changing the fuse, and have also set the clock to the correct time but nothing is coming on.

There is no auto. Its just two manual knobs on left that you can turn. First one turns clock time and other is a counter 1-12.

There is a wee alarm symbol inbetween them with a cross through it but Ive no idea how to move that if its even possible

Is the clock set to "!Auto" ? Prfess the "Manual" button if there is one.
