the hour & minute hand are hanging. Second hand works fine?

Cafe Press ''Art Theme" wall clock Hour and Minute hand are hanging straight down. Second hand needle working just fine. I did remove plastic front cover to to add my own artistic mark. When I put everything back the hands wouldn't stay in place. Did something fall off that I didn't notice? HELP!

No you didn't remove anything to make them fall off - you knocked them off - the hands just press onto their shafts - take the glass off again - set the hands back where they belong.
