DAF CF 85.340 ( 2006 model) Gearbox?

Having problems with the gearbox, it would appear the synchro on gears 3 & 7 are gone, any suggestions? had a ball park price( Au$9,000.00 - 13,000.00) to replace synchro's, Would I be better to look at a Roadranger gearbox?
