How do I fix my jaguar brakes?

My X Type 2.2 diesel has developed binding brakes. Problem started with a burst flexible brake pipe. After replacing this and bleeding etc the brake lights came on with clutch pedal and after a while remained on. If you pull brake pedal back hard they go off, and the brakes release but as you let go pedal the lights come back on!! Please help!

not sure of jaguar set up, but once had similar on ford. turned out to be siezed linkage to servo,[poss due to vehicle crossing causeway daily with the effects of salt/sea water]. also check pedal return spring is not broken/missing.
