If it's tension bands: yes the tension bands will need replacing but you can get spares if you look on the net or just use a bungee strap, that's what we did & it worked fine!
Probably not much else available. You may be able to source nuts & bolts etc., at Halfords, Screwfix, Cycle shops, etc.
