how do i replace an ink roller?

our service club has an old jcm gold 2200 cash register and it needs a new ink roller, but I can't find it .. where is it and how do I replace it?

I think it uses an IR90 in which case, open up printer cover. AT the front of the printer, theres a shiny steel plate with an arrow on it. Pull that up and the roller is underneath.
