Hi,

I have a Zanussi TC7102W condensing dryer. When I start it it doesn't turn the drum. It makes a buzzing sound and I think its heating up, just not turning.

I've opened it up and the belt is in tact.

When I try and turn the drum manually it is very resistant but can be turned with quite a bit of force.

What might it be?
