I have a Daniel Dakota Westminster chime clock that hangs on the wall the front does not have a door so I can not get to the hands the chimes are not in sync with the time how can I fix it
My granddaughter clock was knocked over the time is perfect but the chimes. Are way out

Louise, if your clock is like mine, the back panel will slide off (up) to reveal your clock works (battery's etc.)

Putting the same question in twice will not get it answered any quicker...
The person who put the clock together will have pushed the hands on with the glass face removed OR with the mechanism removed from the body of the clock - one or the other.
You will need to examine the clock and try to work out which way they did it.
