fitting new heated towel rail?

refitted new heated towel rail by closing valves and emptying old rail. when refitted new one water would not refill once the valves were open. product is a curved towel rail model made by kudox.

There will be air in it - water will not go in because the air can not get out .

Look for the bleed valve (at the top) and let all the air hiss out until you see water - then it'll be filled - close the bleed screw.
