I have a Mondeo titanium 2010 with a Blaupunkt sat nav the screen suddenly went blank, not only have I lost the sat nav, I have no control over heating/air con, radio volume and controls for radio volume and channel change on steering wheel also not working.

So - multiple failures at the same time - likely a common cause - consider a defective relay that provides power to these circuits.
