Have you even bothered to look underneath to find a belt. Surely that would be the first thing to do if you think a belt needs tightening, In this case you wouldn't even find one. F&P smartdrive machines do not have a belt. The noise on spin will be worn out & rusty main bearings. Call a service company. You obviously don't have any repair skills yourself. This is a big job.
