Think it is a 5 pin plug on these maf sensors and it may come down to checking the values of each pin individually and their continuity to the ecu itself,one thing that is a problem on these Corsas is the location of the ECU itself which can be prone to moisture and corrosion ingress,if you see a lot of corrosion around the seal/side then be suspicious, a good wiring diagram would be beneficial also,good luck
