Low Pressure, No Leaks On GLOWWORM SWIFT FLOW 75?

Hi, the pressure on our combi boiler keeps dropping off to about 0.3 - 0.4 bar, I have to top up the system once a day at the moment. There are no visible leaks on any radiator and I've had the floorboards up and no leaks at any joints or along any pipes.
Where is all the pressure going???

I have found a constant drip of water coming from the 'overflow' pipe down the drain.
Does this sound like it's the expansion vessel??
If it is, is it easy to replace??
