Citroen picasso rear fog tell tale lights not working! Help!?

I've got a citroen picasso 2001 and has just failed mot due to no rear fog tell tale lights. I've checked the bulbs and earths and even taken the digi dash out. Can anyone suggest any possible causes for this please.

on some picassos the fog lights are on a toggle switch. once is for front fog lights twice is for rear. so try toggling twice..
