How can I fix Peugeot trekker moped to start form ignition?

Peugeot trekker will not start from ignition button, but will kick start. How can I fix this? Sounded like a fuse blew,do they have fuses?

normaly because the battery is low, ie, it has enough power to turn engine but not to create a good spark.
try charging battery or replacing.
