till yesterday , but the same is not working as the pop up has stopped working , i have the warranty for two years but do not have any contact number please let me know where and whom do we get in touch with

There will be people in Mumbai who will offer to repair your toaster - I presume you have trade directory like Yellow Pages.

Any presumed warranty from e-bay will be very difficult if not impossible to invoke.

In the mean time you'll just have to watch your toast.
