I would guess that if you need to ask if it's possible for you to fix it yourself then the answer is probably No. A person with the necessary skills and confidence would not need to ask.
There have been many Renault dashboard issues reported on here over the years - sometimes called cluster faults.
Use the search box on the top right to see the scale of it - Renault Cluster - Scenic Cluster - Dashboard etc.
There used to be a person offering a repair and return facility for about £120 - I think dealers charge a lot more.
Removing the assembly can be something of a trial - years ago I used to take instrument panels out of aircraft but would not like to do it on a Renault - not without guidance.
