My Rotary men's watch with new battery still won't go?

This Windsor watch, with a new battery inserted under the clip near the edge and the winder stem secured in, still won't go.
I understand that there may be a reset procedure or a button. In fact I've noticed that there is a tiny hole, near the battery, with an arrow stamped on the frame. I've tried pressing this, with no result.

Can anyone help. It could be of course, that Rotary have a reset procedure that ensures that the watch is returned to them for servicing, at a cost!
