I have a 2005 Citroen xsara picasso hdi 2 litre diesel 90 bhp. Does my car have a turbo, my car is very sluggish. It only has 67,000 KM on the clock.

Yes yours has a turbo, try removing inlet hose and feel for play in the impeller, tucked behind engine at bulkhead so may be a bit awkward
