how do I clear error code E00?

cash register sam4s ER-180T. Is locked on closed. Any thing you try gives E00 bleeped. I have tried various things but nothing is working. The sequence resets I keep seeing seem to be missing something as I have tried and nothing is working. Help PLEASE thank you

Try pressing the yellow P0- button worked for me

Press clear to remove the error. If it displays closed, you have not opened the register for sales by logging on. Make sure you log on with your secret clerk code as per the manual. If you have lost it, one of the users has it here:
