The washing machine is stuck in mid cycle with 13 minutes to go. Nothing works, the reset button will not work. I have switched the power off. Nothing. I have switched the machine off. Nothing. I am thinking there is a sequence to go through to reset it.

I have sorted it myself thank you.
I thought it may have something to do with the pump having researched other similar problems. I removed the machine into the kitchen.Then tilted it backwards this released the pressure inside and unlocked the door. I then emptied the machine of washing and decanted the water out.Opened the drain and yep I was right. The pump was jammed with hair grips and the like. Back together and its now working fine. Wifes happy!!!!
