can anyone help[p me resolve a problem with my countax C350H lawn mower. When the engine has been running for 15 minutes after cutting grass ok I switch it off and when it stops running it backfires. Its a large bang. Anyone had this happen to them and if so what did you do to resolve it.

Hi, Mine does that too but only if you decrease the revs to idle speed before turning of the ignition. The correct procedure is to leave the engine at full operating speed when turning off the ignition key, that way you do not get the surprise backfire.
