Can I add radwell to my 2007 kia sedona?

Got a problem with my 07 plate kia. Is it ok to put radwell into the system to see if it seals the radiator

Personally I would want a new radiator but there are good coolant sealing products out there, Forte do a good one but avoid the solid types.
