Where to obtain parts, and oil/petrol mix?

I have an old Robin Hedgecutter No.034316 with 17inch approx cutter bar. Probably made early 90s.
The engine is the very beast to start, but if your lucky it starts and runs emitting a lot of smoke, and it's not too long before plug is thick with crud!!would be more than grateful if anyone knows where I can obtain parts for above machine, and the correct oil/petrol ratio??
Still feel as though there is more life left in this hedgecutter !!
Please can some one help?? Regards Roy.

The older machines used 25:1 mix but most now are 50:1, but you don't say how old
Try (perhaps) 40:1 not really recommended but can try.
the new type of 2 stroke oils on the market are better than years ago.
