Hi my front loader LG washing machine would usaly get stuck, but would eventually open. Now the drawer is as if locked. I nor my husband can get it open.

We only use Hg liquid detergents

The blue lid of the Hg drawer has poped up inside of the drawer , hitting the top of the lid stopping it from pulling out, with the power off unscrew the top of the machine, and slide it back, to get at it from the inside, if you get it open take that flip lid off. to stop it from sticking again,
