I had the control panel replaced on my Kenmore Ultra wash quiet guard deluxe dishwasher and it ran once and will not go through the cycle again. What could be wrong?

Get the person back who fitted the new board and ask them. Maybe there is a fault which is damaging the control board. They should have checked everything before connecting up the new board. You have paid for a job to be done and are entitled to have it done properly.
