how do I change a blown headlight bulb on Vauxhall Zafira Comfort diesel. Handbook stolen when car broken into!

The driver side dipped bulb is impossible to get out because the design team, in moment of genius , decided to put the air filter right behind it so you cant actually withdraw the bulb. If anyone wants an example of stupid design then this is it...well done Vauxhall!

I did this to my Zafira before Christmas it is very easy. Remove clips, pull out bulb and replace.
