Machine not taking in conditioner at the end rinse. Cleaned area above conditioner tray with toothbrush. No Joy. Possibility it might be cold water valve for this problem. I have basic engineering skill. Where can I buy a valve and get instruction for dismantling, installing the valve, please. It has, I think, the following on the front: FLEHI 00SE, 6Kg 1200 max spin.
