My problem is as soon as the dryer heats up it trips the main switch of the house.
The fuse has been replaced.

You fix it by changing the heating element most probably.
Or having a specialist do it for you.

As the element gets warmer it expands with the heat - and makes a contact that it should not make - and the trip happens.

This is just conjecture - mere guesswork.
