machine wont drain ?

Zanussi model number zwg7120k won't drain and e20keeps coming up,but can't find filter it is not on the front please help

Don't think that model has one. You will have to drain the water out by lowering drain hose down low and allow water to flow out into a bucket. Then remove the drain pump and open it up to clear any blockage,
