Zanussi model number zwg7120k won't drain and e20keeps coming up,but can't find filter it is not on the front please help

The manual (http://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/28817/zanussi-zwg7120k.html?page=32) says: If above mentioned solutions do not help, contact the Service (as the filter of the drain pump may be clogged).

So contact Zanussi service and ask their advice.
