Heat Surge Heater?

My heat surge heater won't do anything. It doesn't even beep when it is plugged in. A couple of times that I had it on and then plugged in the vacuum, I tripped my breaker. Could that have done something to the heater and if so what? And how do I fix it.

To Good Luck July 2015: Heat Surge Heater is an upmarket fan heater with a nasty open fire lookalike on an LED screen.

To Julie S: There are aquite a few refernences online to sorting out problems with these.

Just do a Google search for "Heat Surge Heater" and you'll start seeing them.

As far as i can tell your heater is a fan heater - the fan blows air across a heated electrical element and the warm air heats the room - and there's sometimes a coal effect flickering light.

It sounds to me that the heater is broken and needs attention - I do not think you can blame your vacuum cleaner for anything.

You might do best to buy a basic fan heater from Amazon - just as efficient and probably very much cheaper.
