How to replace thermostat & lower oven element - Belling Countrychef 100DF?

How do you replace the lower right oven element and thermostat on a Belling Countrychef 100DF (444445947).

The right oven does not come up to temperature and believe it is either the thermostat or heating elements. My plan is to replace the thermostat or heating element(s).

I am waiting on a multimeter to arrive in order to check continuity of each of the elements, but in case the upper or lower right oven element is faulty will need to order and replace as well.

The upper one is easy to see, however, it would appear the lower element may need to come out of the side of the oven. Are their any instructions for doing this?

Additionally, does the entire top of the cooker need to be removed in order to replace thermostat? Which other screws need to be removed other than the ones surrounding the top burners?

Thanks in advance.
