hotpoint aquarius ctd00 tumble dryer not heating?

My HOTPOINT AQUARIUS ctd00 Tumble dryer wont heat up .I've heard there is a thermostat cut of switch which is a small hole on one of the round disks but mine does not seem to have any holes to reset
