Bosch AL 3640 CV charger repair & parts identification?

Dead with shattered fuse & shorted semi-conductor on heat-sink next to 150mF 150v. Can't read type due to heavy varnish. Can anyone identify it or a replacement? Any circuit info appreciated. Reasonable expenses paid.
